Her work focuses on domestic and family violence reform, crisis accommodation systems, housing and homelessness pathways, justice system accountability, and strengthening responses for vulnerable populations.

Currently undertaking a Bachelor of Psychological Science and Criminology, Kylie combines evidence-based research with lived experience insights to identify systemic barriers, amplify community voices, and develop practical recommendations for meaningful change.

Through research publications, policy submissions, stakeholder engagement, and public advocacy, Kylie works to transform lived experience into evidence-informed systems change.

Holding Space for 9D Breathwork

LEDSIT Systems Impact Group is proud to now offer 9D Breathwork journeys, facilitated by Kylie Lower, a verified 9D Breathwork Facilitator based in Redcliffe and Brisbane, Queensland.

9D Breathwork is a powerful guided experience that combines breath, sound, somatic awareness, and immersive audio journeys to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, relaxation, and reconnection with self.

As a facilitator, Kylie holds space with care, safety, consent, and respect at the centre. Her approach is grounded in lived experience, trauma-informed awareness, and a deep commitment to creating supportive environments where people can slow down, breathe, release stored stress, and reconnect with their body in a way that feels safe and empowering.

These sessions are non-clinical, opt-in, and guided with dignity. Participants are never required to disclose personal trauma or share anything they are not comfortable with. The focus is on breath, presence, inner safety, and creating space for emotional reset and restoration.

LEDSIT will soon be bringing 9D Breathwork journeys to community spaces, private sessions, group sessions, and partner organisations across Redcliffe, Brisbane, and surrounding areas.

Official 9D Breathwork images and logos will be used to represent the integrity of the modality and the verified facilitator pathway.

More session dates and locations will be announced soon.

Frequently Asked Questions

Explore key questions about LEDSIT’s role in identifying system gaps, strengthening accountability, and improving outcomes for vulnerable communities.

LEDSIT Systems Impact Group is an independent research and advocacy organisation focused on systems reform.

It exists to improve how systems respond to vulnerable communities, particularly in areas like domestic violence, housing, and justice.

LEDSIT combines lived experience, research, data analysis, and stakeholder consultation to identify where systems fail and why.

For example, it examines gaps in crisis accommodation pathways or accountability failures in justice responses, then translates those findings into practical recommendations.

In short, LEDSIT turns real-world experiences into evidence-based reform that can improve systems at a structural level.

Lived experience is important in systems reform because it provides insight into how systems actually function in practice.

Without lived experience, policy and services risk being disconnected from real needs.

People directly impacted by systems can identify gaps, barriers, and failures that are often invisible in data or policy frameworks.

For instance, a system may appear effective on paper, but lived experience can reveal delays, access issues, or unintended harm in real situations.

Therefore, integrating lived experience leads to more accurate, accountable, and effective reform outcomes.

What makes LEDSIT different is its structured approach to combining lived experience with formal systems analysis.

LEDSIT is unique because it bridges the gap between community experience and policy-level reform.

It uses a defined methodology Lived Experience Analysis, Research Review, Systems Mapping, Stakeholder Consultation, Impact Assessment, and Recommendations.

This means it doesn’t just advocate or research in isolation it connects evidence, experience, and system-level thinking into one process.

As a result, LEDSIT produces more practical, grounded, and actionable reform insights.
